- 500g turkey mince
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 4 tsp cumin
- 3 tsp ground coriander
- 2 garlic cloves (grated)
- ½ red onion (grated)
- 1 egg
- Combine all the ingredients together, season with salt and pepper and make into kofta shapes (this is easier with wet hands). :Leave in the fridge for 10 mins.
- Place on a grill, and grill for 15-18 mins.
I like to eat them hot, in a pitta bread and some garlicky yogurt or tzatziki keeping the rest for your lunch boxes which you can fill up with lettuce, hummus, other veg!
