- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp Lazy Garlic
- 2 Tsp Lazy Chili
- 2 Tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Frozen Spinach cluster
- Handful of broccoli
- ½ Yellow Pepper
- ½ Onion
- ½ Lime Juice
- In a sandwich bag add in half the soy sauce, half the garlic, chili and ginger, and the salmon fillet. This can be over night, all day or just an hour.
- Fry off the rest of the spices, add in the veg, and cook for 5 mins, before adding in the salmon on the side of the pan whilst the other veg cook.
- Once the salmon is cooked (7-8 minutes), tip in the marinade, and flake up the salmon with the veg and squeeze the lime over before serving.
