Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Adam Isaac has over 10 years of experience as a gigging musician and built a strong southwest following in his earlier years. He has played many venues and festivals around the UK, supported Joss Stone on her UK tour in 2009, has been named brand ambassador for British freesports lifestyle brand Animal, and in 2012 Adam made it to the quarter final stages of BBC’s The Voice UK with the legendary Sir Tom Jones as coach.
Following his recent national exposure he is set to release an album in Autumn 2012 and tour the new original material with his full band. His edgy rock/pop sound draws influence from bands like Muse, Coldplay, Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, Blur, Oasis, Stereophonics and more.

Lose yourself in Bollywood for the night with the great tunes and compulsively danceable rhythms of the most popular music in the world. The experience is completed with projections of sensational dance sequences featuring India’s greatest actors and actresses, in sync with the live music. Four funky drummers and six hot horns play massive hits from Indian films, all driven by the huge beat of the dhol drum. They’ve been a big hit on the festival circuit, including, to great acclaim, Womad.

OPENER – JAMES ALDERSON. James has an effervescent and exuberent style, drawing on his life experiences, his children, his wife, and his professional background to feed his routines. James has been described by many as an ‘everyman comedian’. Women laugh at his hilarious observations and self-depricating style, and men laugh with him, feeling his pain, his frustrations and his random experiences ….you rarely know where James will go with his comedic tales, but he always takes the crowd with him, laughing all the way.

France/Germany/Chile, 2010, 90mins. Dir Patrico Guzmán
This exquisite, award winning documentary from Chile is an extraordinary watch. The Atacama Desert is the driest place on Earth. 10,000 feet above sea level, it is where astronomers work to observe the stars in a sky so translucent that views extend the boundaries of our universe. But when eyes are lowered to the ground, this unique and wonderful place also evidences layers of disturbing human history.
